Q: Is the RideSparky trolley stroller-friendly?
Absolutely! Fold up the stroller and bring it aboard. If you have a really large one, our trolleys are equipped with wheelchair lifts, which work perfectly for strollers too—even those big double strollers.
Q: How much does it cost to ride with my kids?
It’s completely free! That’s right—you, your kids, grandma, the stroller, the diaper bag, all of it—no charge. We’re here to make exploring downtown Branson easy and budget-friendly for families. Tips are appreciated if you’d like to show some love to our drivers, but there’s absolutely no pressure or requirement.
Q: How often do the trolleys come? Will we be waiting forever with restless kids?
Our trolleys run on a continuous loop, so you typically won’t wait more than 15-20 minutes at any stop. During our busiest seasons (March through December), we’re out there daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., so there’s plenty of flexibility. If your little one needs a snack break or a bathroom stop, no worries—just catch the next trolley when you’re ready! And there’s also free public restrooms (with changing tables) at the Awberry Parking Lot and Liberty Plaza stops.
Q: What if my toddler has a meltdown and we need to get off quickly?
We totally get it—kids are unpredictable! That’s the beauty of our hop-on, hop-off service. You can get off at any of our 12 stops whenever you need to, whether it’s for a bathroom break, a snack, some fresh air, or just to let the kids run around. When everyone’s ready, just hop back on at any stop. No tickets, no penalties, no stress.
Q: Are there bathrooms near the trolley stops?
Yes! Several of our stops are located near family-friendly spots with restrooms, including public restrooms at Awberry Parking Lot (Stop #7) and Liberty Plaza (Stop #12). Our drivers are also super helpful and can point you to the nearest restroom at any stop—they totally understand the urgencyl
Q: Is it safe for young children? Do you have seat belts?
Safety is our top priority. While the trolley doesn’t have car seat-style seat belts (it’s designed like public transit), we encourage parents to hold younger children on their laps or keep them seated close to you. Our drivers are experienced and drive carefully, especially through downtown areas.
Q: What are the best stops for families with young kids?
Branson Landing is a huge hit with families, and so are the many great spots throughout Historick Downtown Branson, like Main Street and Liberty Plaza, which is perfect for a family picnic lunch. Don’t miss North Beach Park at the north end of Branson Landing (Trolley Stop #6), which is also great for family walks and picnics.
Q: What happens if the weather turns bad while we’re out?
The trolleys continue to operate in most conditions, but in the event of inclement or severe weather, we may halt service temporarily for everyone’s safety. If you are away from your vehicle when weather strikes, please enter the nearest storefront and wait out the storm. You can always call us at (417) 598-4680 to check if we’re running.
Q: My child has special needs. Will you accommodate us?
Absolutely, and we’re honored to serve all families. Our trolleys are fully wheelchair accessible, and our drivers are patient and helpful. If you have specific questions about accommodations, feel free to call us at (417) 598-4680 before your visit. We want every family to have a wonderful experience.
Q: Can I bring my service animal?
Yes! Working service animals are always welcome on our trolleys. We do ask that pets stay in the hotel or at home, but trained service animals are an important exception and are welcome aboard.
Q: What if my child loses something on the trolley?
Kids and lost items go hand-in-hand, don’t they? If you realize something’s missing, give us a call right away at (417) 598-4680. We have a lost and found system, and our drivers check the trolleys regularly. The sooner you call, the better chance we have of reuniting you with that beloved stuffed animal or sippy cup!
Q: Do you run year-round? We’re planning a winter visit.
We do run year-round, but our schedule changes a bit in the slower months. From March through December, we’re out there daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In January and February, we operate on weekends only, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas so our team can be with their families too. Always check RideSparky.com before your visit, especially in winter!
Q: Is there a map showing all the stops?
Yes! You can find our route map and all 12 stop locations on RideSparky.com. Our route covers all the main family-friendly attractions in downtown Branson, including Main Street, Branson Landing and the Convention Center area.
Q: My kids always ask a million questions. Are your drivers friendly?
Our drivers are some of the friendliest folks in Branson! Many of them are parents and grandparents themselves, and they genuinely enjoy chatting with families. They’re happy to answer questions about the area, recommend family-friendly spots, or just share a smile with your curious kiddos. That said, they do need to focus on driving safely, so they appreciate patience during busy times.
Q: This sounds perfect! Where do we start?
Just head to any of our 12 stops and hop on when the trolley arrives! Popular starting points for families include Branson Landing (easy parking and lots to do) or anywhere along Main Street in Historic Downtown. No reservations, no tickets—just show up and enjoy the ride. For more details, visit RideSparky.com. We can’t wait to see you!
