Explore Branson’s Christmas Tree Trail: Downtown’s Dazzling Sights and Lights

Branson is truly living up to its title as “America’s Christmas Tree City” this year! If you’re wandering through town this holiday season, you’ll spot Christmas trees everywhere—over 700 creative, colorful, and downright whimsical trees are on display by area businesses (and that’s not even counting the 1,000+ trees at Silver Dollar City!).

Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a Branson regular, the Christmas Tree Trail is a must-see, especially through Historic Downtown Branson. And of course you’ll also get to experience the city’s amazing new LED snowflake lights throughout the downtown district.

Here are a few of the most eye-catching trees you’ll find in the downtown district:

Liberty Plaza

221 US Business Highway 65, Branson, MO 65616
Historic Downtown’s prettiest little park is home to a giant 30-foot Christmas tree, sparkling with thousands of white LED lights. It’s a picture-perfect spot for a holiday stroll or a family photo.

Dick’s 5 & 10

103 W Main St, Branson, MO 65616
This legendary store is a holiday wonderland inside, but don’t miss the TWO spectacular light trees outside: one attached to their Main Street billboard (heading into downtown), and another dancing with lights on top of the building at the corner of Business 65 and Main.

Branson Landing Main Street: Animated Giant

Branson Landing Blvd, Branson, MO 65616
At the Landing, you’ll find a show-stopping giant tree with animated lights set to music. The bright LEDs dance along with holiday tunes—catch the show every day through January! The animated tree does its show nightly four times every hour starting at 5:15 p.m. through 9:45 p.m.

Branson Landing North

100 Branson Landing Blvd, Branson, MO 65616
A classic 50-foot evergreen decked out with thousands of LED lights stands tall at the north entrance to the Landing, right by Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen and Belk. It’s a can’t-miss holiday landmark.

Hilton Branson Convention Center

200 E Main St, Branson, MO 65616
Step inside to see three unique, vintage wine bottle trees (up to 10 feet tall), handmade by the Hilton’s engineering team. They’re a nod to Level 2 Steakhouse’s wine list and the hotel’s recycling efforts.

Branson Convention Center

200 S Sycamore St, Branson, MO 65616
Inside the atrium lobby, you’ll find a towering 40-foot traditional evergreen—on display after Thanksgiving. It’s a beautiful spot to get indoors, pose for photos and take in the holiday spirit.

Central Bank

400 US-65 BUS, Branson, MO 65616
A slender 25-foot evergreen, decked out with the bank’s signature dogwood blossoms and sparkling lights, greets visitors in front of Central Bank’s main office.

City of Branson: Roundabout Tree Collection

Veterans Blvd/Branson Landing Blvd Roundabout
Don’t miss the city’s festive roundabout, where 16 three-dimensional trees (ranging from 4 to 8 feet tall) put on a synchronized light show with over 7,000 lights—right at the base of the city’s flagpoles.

There’s no better way to experience Branson’s holiday magic than by exploring the Christmas Tree Trail. Whether you’re snapping family photos, hunting for your favorite tree, or just soaking up the festive atmosphere, you’ll find the spirit of the season shining bright—everywhere you look in Historic Downtown Branson!

And if you hop on the Sparky trolleys between 5 and 6 p.m., you can experience many of these sights and lights after dark from inside a heated, comfortable trolley! Note: The trolleys end their daily routes at 6 p.m., so be sure to board a trolley before 5:30 p.m. if possible.
