The Downtown Branson Art Trail will be unveiled and officially launched during Fall Fest 2026 on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. The unveiling will take place at 121 S. Commercial St., Branson, Missouri.
This downtown launch is the starting point for a larger, developing community vision: the Branson Art Trail—designed to connect visitors and residents with art, artists, history, culture, and creative experiences throughout Branson.

Fall Fest 2026 takes place September 25–26, and it’s the perfect time to get a first look at what the Art Trail will become.
During Fall Fest, you’ll be able to:
- Look for Art Trail identification at featured locations
- Scan QR codes to learn more about each work, the artists, and the stories behind the sites
- Explore Historic Downtown Branson with a fresh perspective
The goal isn’t just to point you from one piece of art to the next—it’s to encourage exploration and help people experience Downtown Branson in a new way.
Your First Look: Three Featured Works in Historic Downtown Branson
For the Fall Fest launch, three selected works will provide visitors with a first look at the Downtown Branson Art Trail.
1) Rose O’Neill Tribute (Branson Centennial Museum)
This colorful mural celebrates Ozarks-born artist and cartoonist Rose O’Neill, creator of the beloved Kewpie characters. It highlights O’Neill’s artistic legacy and her connection to the Ozarks.

2) America Connects: Nature’s Tapestry National Mural Mosaic
This large-scale mural mosaic offers a unique public-art experience and demonstrates the variety of creative works that can become part of the developing Art Trail.

This colorful, postcard-inspired mural celebrates Branson’s identity and offers visitors a memorable visual experience as they explore Downtown Branson.

These three featured works represent only the beginning.
The Downtown Branson Art Trail is intended to grow over time—adding more artwork, artists, creative spaces, businesses, historic locations, and stories throughout downtown. Ultimately, the vision is for those connections to extend beyond downtown and become a Branson-wide Art Trail that encourages exploration throughout the community.
“Downtown Branson is the natural place to start,” said Deana Acton, who has been helping develop the Downtown Branson Art Trail. “We have history, walkable streets, unique businesses, public spaces and artwork that tells stories about who we are. We want to begin here and build something that eventually reaches throughout Branson.”
