With a week of special events, food and appreciation shows, Branson is rolling out the red carpet for the Blue! The Light Cruise at Branson Landing gives the public a chance to honor law enforcement officers. The public is invited to Branson Landing for the Law Enforcement Cruise at 8 p.m. on June 15. The goal of National Law Enforcement Week is for Branson to become the nation’s leader in law enforcement recognition by paying tribute to America’s Hometown Heroes in providing a weeklong series of events and special offers that honor active and retired law enforcement officers and their families. The Branson Farmers Market is returning to Downtown Branson for the 2023 season. The Branson market takes place weekly every Tuesday evening from 3-7 p.m. May - October on the south end of the Branson Landing parking lot (Bass Pro side near the Taneycomo bridges). The Branson Farmers Market is affiliated with the Farmers Market of the Ozarks, which also operates the Saturday farmers market in Springfield. Visitors can find locally grown fresh produce, flowers and crafts. And depending on the week, you may also find food trucks, games and live entertainment. More than just shopping, it's always a fun family activity. The Farmers Market is also conveniently near Trolley Stop #1 at the Lakeside RV Park.

Best Youth Archers in Missouri Compete at Branson Convention Center

The 2023 Missouri National Archery in the Schools Program (MoNASP) state archery tournament was held March 15-17 at the Branson Convention Center and drew more than 5,000 student archers in grades 4-12 from more than 200 schools across the state. The tournament was sponsored and coordinated by the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) and the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation (MCHF) and is one of the largest events held annually in Downtown Branson. The tournament offered both a bullseye competition with 3,632 archers and a 3D tournament with 1,616 archers, with some participants competing in both. Those archers that are ranking in the top 10 for their division, as well as the top ranked schools, will be eligible to move on to the Eastern or Western National Archery in the Schools…
